The Hot Induction Pipe Bends Order Finished

　　After receiving the hot induction bends purchase order from Summit company, shengtian pipe fittings department pay more attention on this pipe bends production . Because of the large dimenions and high strength material.

　　The tangent pipe bends material in this new order is API 5L X60 steel grade, which is high requirement than our regular orders. The specification is 20″, R=8D according to the standard ASME/ANSI B16.49.  After studied the PO requirement , our engineers discussed the products with our clients and confirmed the production plan . We chose the LSAW API 5L X60 PSL1 steel pipes as the raw material ,which proved a correct and acceptable choice finally.

　　After the hot induction bending of the API 5L X60 pipes, we inspected the welded seam of the LSAW , the welding joint quality is still very good. dimensions of the bends and the ends all are as per the standard and clients request perfectly.

　　The finish of the bends is black varnish ,after we stamped the marking of hebei haihao brand on the bends, the order is finished .
