Types of steel pipe fittings

　　Based on the material, the steel pipe fittings can be divided into types of :  Carbon steel pipe fittings, stainless steel pipe fittings,  alloy steel pipe fittings, forged steel pipe fittings, cast steel pipe fittings.

　　Based on the connection methods, they can be divided into： butt welding pipe fittings, threaded pipe fittings, socket welding pipe fittings, grooved ends pipe fittings, mechanic pipe fittings etc.

　　Based on the production process of the pipe fittings, they can be divided:  plate made pipe fittings,  tube made pipe fittings, welded pipe fittings, seamless pipe fittings, ERW pipe fittings, forged steel pipe fittings.

　　Based on the fittings shape for pipe joint, they can be divided into : elbows, tees, reducers, caps, bends, cross, pbe nipplesetc..

　　There are also some customized pipe fittings , like the fabricated fittings , flanged pipe fittings, external or internal coated pipe fittings.
