Classification of weld outlet

　　1. Butt welding weld outlet is the most common weld outlet connector. Its end is beveled and connected with straight pipe by butt welding, so it is considered as a butt welding pipe piece. The design of butt welding weld outlet can minimize the stress concentration and provide overall reinforcement. There are three pressure grades of butt welding weld outlet: STD, XS and sch160.

　　2. The base of sockolet is the same as that of butt welding weld outlet, but its weld outlet connection adopts socket welding connection. Sockolet has two pressure classes of 3000 × 6000 × 3.

　　3. The base of the threaded weld outlet is the same as the butt welding weld outlet, but its weld outlet connection adopts threaded connection and does not need welding. There are two pressure levels of the threaded weld outlet: 3000 × 3 and 6000 × 3.

　　4. Miter weld outlet is used for 45 ° weld outlet. Butt welding, socket welding and threaded connection can be used for connection with weld outlet.

　　5. Weld outlet are used to provide weld outlet connections on long radius elbows or short radius elbows. Butt welding, socket welding and threaded connection can be used for connection with weld outlet.

　　6. Short weld outlet is often used for valve installation and exhaust. There are two grades of thickness: XS and XXS. The length is from 3.1/2 inch to 6.1/2 inch. The end is socket or external thread.

　　7. The shape of embedded socket is wavy, and it is reinforced as a whole. It is butt welded with weld outlet and is commonly used in low-pressure pipeline.
